This policy applies to SMS notifications sent by sc-security, an anti-cheat system operated by StreamClash. Notifications are sent only to the internal business operator who deploys and configures sc-security on a FiveM game server.
We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers configured in sc-security deployments are used solely to deliver ban-event notifications to the deployment's operator.
Each ban-event SMS includes: the originating server identifier, the ban reason, the actor
who issued the ban, a short entity identifier, and (when available) a link to a video clip
of the moment that triggered the ban, hosted at media.streamclash.dev.
Frequency varies based on system activity; messages are sent only when a player is banned by the anti-cheat system on a server the operator runs. In a typical week, the operator may receive between zero and a few dozen messages.
Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
The operator can opt out at any time by:
TWILIO_ENABLED=false in their deployment configuration, orTWILIO_TO environment variable from their deployment.Reply HELP for assistance.
